"Our official journey began at a time when the concept of a healthy lifestyle had finally become part of the modern vocabulary and people began to think much more about food. We wanted to be there. The year was 2003 and we founded the company Salve Natura s.r.o. We have set ourselves the task of enriching the market with a number of vegetable sausages, which, although they will resemble classic sausages in appearance, taste and aroma, will still be plant-based, healthier and cholesterol-free. But even then we knew that it was not just a matter of making a mere "meat substitute", but that with our little bit we were helping to create a new style of eating and a new way of thinking about the origin of food. We have been striving for this for almost 20 years, during which time we have developed a number of our own original recipes and procedures. These are based on the use of purely plant ingredients, the absence of preservatives and synthetic dyes, and respect for nature.
We want to bring people tasty and healthy plant products that meet our beliefs, that they can be produced: Ethically, Ecologically, Economically.
We want to create a brand that is trusted by all those who have an interest in their health and which will always respect and honour the following motto: " The life of the individual has meaning only insofar as it aids in making the life of every living thing nobler and more beautiful."

Although we usually try to enjoy the present and create new plans for the future, we realize how good it is to look back from time to time. Remember the roots and ideals we started with, and humbly look at the path we have taken.
Five years full of enthusiasm and work have passed since the original idea, and the result is the company Salve Natura s.r.o. We start the production in Bohumín, test the first recipes and procedures and establish contacts with partners. Our first products launched on the market are Fine, Paprika and Gourmet.
A big step, we are starting to supply our products to health food stores abroad. We invest in new technologies and focus on innovating our processes. The popularity of burgers is growing and we are inventing recipes for Vegetburger and Mountain steak.

Therefore, it is not surprising that during our family walks in the Beskydy Mountains, the idea of a small food company is slowly beginning to emerge. We have always thought a little differently about food and we knew that we wanted to deal with the production of purely plant products.
Gradually, we are building our place in the market of healthy food together with a network of partners with whom we are on the same page. Our offer of vegetable sausages is growing and we are starting to focus on recipes for fine and smoked sausages in line with the Czech tradition.
